Production/Manufacturing
Supervisor:Production
supervisor will oversee a staff of assemblers to maintain an
efficient production line and ensure smooth flow of orders.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise 5-10 employees
Organize orders in what is often a
build-to-order environment
Hire, train, motivate and discipline staff
Maintain and promote a safe work environment
Maintain strict standards of quality
assurance
Communicate with product development
department and vendors on development or production issues
Work with management to forecast employment
needs/plan department requirements
Coordinate with purchasing/inventory control
to prevent materials shortages
Promote teamwork and a positive work
environment that values productivity
Requirements:
Highly motivated individual whose focus is on
quality assurance and customer service
Minimum 7 years experience in production with
3+ years in supervisory role
Mechanical engineering knowledge/experience
with strong problem solving skills
Willingness to jump into the assembly line
when needed to get the job done
Strong communication skills (bilingual
Spanish preferred)
Knowledge of CNC machining processes
