We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Production Tech: Assemble parts in ASV product line, gain working knowledge of all part numbers, work with supervisor on quality assurance, some packaging, assist production supervisor as needed. Mechanical/assembly experience required. Salary DOE. Click here to apply

Assembly Assistant: Provide back-up to our assembly/production team. Packaging, pre-assembly, parts running, inventory counts, warehouse maintenance, etc. No experience required. $9+/hour to start, DOE. Click here to apply

Inside Sales: Make outgoing calls to assigned dealers in territory. Follow up on sales leads. Accept incoming calls and orders. Maintain database. 2-5 years sales experience required. Knowledge of sport required. Competitive base salary/commission structure. Click here to apply

Apparel Coordinator: Will work with our sales staff, art department, customers and vendors to ensure the smooth flow of custom apparel orders for new apparel division. Project coordination experience required. Working knowledge of apparel printing and purchasing experience required. Experience in a production capacity at an apparel manufacturer or printer desired. The right candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented but with a creative bent. Competive salary/benefits package, DOE. Production/Manufacturing Supervisor: Production supervisor will oversee a staff of assemblers to maintain an efficient production line and ensure smooth flow of orders.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise 5-10 employees
Organize orders in what is often a build-to-order environment
Hire, train, motivate and discipline staff
Maintain and promote a safe work environment
Maintain strict standards of quality assurance
Communicate with product development department and vendors on development or production issues
Work with management to forecast employment needs/plan department requirements
Coordinate with purchasing/inventory control to prevent materials shortages
Promote teamwork and a positive work environment that values productivity

Requirements:

Highly motivated individual whose focus is on quality assurance and customer service
Minimum 7 years experience in production with 3+ years in supervisory role
Mechanical engineering knowledge/experience with strong problem solving skills
Willingness to jump into the assembly line when needed to get the job done
Strong communication skills (bilingual Spanish preferred)
Knowledge of CNC machining processes desirable
